Chipotle giving away 100,000 burritos to healthcare workers if you sign up by 4/2

Chipotle is giving away 100,000 burritos to healthcare facilities next week! You have to sign up by Thursday, April 2 to qualify for the giveaway. 

According to their website:

"We appreciate the work you are doing on the front line every day to care for all of us. Nominate your healthcare team, and let us take care of you with an order of 25 free burritos delivered free by DoorDash at a time and day of your choice between 4/6 - 4/10. Forms must be completed by 4/2. Prior to submitting your application, please confirm that your facility will be permitting receipt of outside food deliveries."

In addition, they will only deliver to a licensed or certified medical facility in the U.S. that is within 15 miles of a participating Chipotle restaurant.
