Caught on cam: Person smashes windshields of 14 vehicles in Apex

Apex police are asking for help identifying a person who was caught on surveillance cameras vandalizing vehicles belonging to the Town of Apex.

On April 10 around 9:43 p.m. the person entered the parking lot of Apex Public Works Operations on Upchurch Street.

The person is seen on video smashing windshields of around 14 town-owned vehicles.

They then left the area on foot.
