Many around the Triangle noticed that a Durham-based brand and attraction got a shoutout on one of the longest running comedy institutions over the weekend.

The opening shot to the sketch showed an exterior of a brick warehouse that appeared very similar to the American Tobacco Campus (ATC), a big part of Durham's history and site where The American Tobacco Company processed tobacco grow from farms into cigarettes. Burt's Bees corporate office is located at ATC.

The sketch, entitled "Enrique's Daughter," depicts a strategy meeting between associates at Burt's Bees and featured quirky anecdotes from rapper Bad Bunny, who hosted the episode. Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, kept interrupting the meeting to comment on his upcoming daughter's wedding.

Burt's Bees is a subsidiary of Clorox and originated in Maine in the 1980s.
