Brasa, a Brazilian Steakhouse in the Brier Creek shopping center, announced on their Facebook page they would be permanently closing their doors.
Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse in Raleigh's Brier Creek shopping center announced on their Facebook page that they would be permanently closing their doors.
"We would like to thank all our customers who supported us for the last 20 years and supported the only Brazilian Charcuterie concept in the Triangle area," their Facebook post said.
According to their page, they are being forced out of the shopping center by their landlord.
Tax records show that a company out of Charlotte owned by Paul Herndon manages many of the properties in the Brier Creek shopping complex.
WRAL News reached out to Herndon via phone over the weekend, and he called back on Monday but declined to comment on the steakhouse lease.
