HighSchoolOT statewide boys lacrosse rankings had some major shifts in the top 10. Hough and Apex Friendship moved into the top five after Providence Day fell to Myers Park and Green Level lost to Middle Creek.

A week after Greensboro Day entered the rankings and Northwest Guilford exited, the two teams met on the field with Northwest winning the head-to-head. That put the Vikings back into the top 25 while the Bengals exited.

Rankings reminders:

  • Rankings are updated weekly and released on every Sunday
  • All high schools in the state of North Carolina, excluding athletic training academies, are eligible for the statewide top 25
  • Rankings are paused during the N.C. High School Athletic Association playoffs
