'AGT' contestant returning to Raleigh for performance at North Hills

You might recognize him from NBC's America's Got Talent. Tyler Butler-Figueroa, a violinist from Raleigh who earned Simon Cowell's golden buzzer, is returning for a performance in his hometown tomorrow.

He's got talent: NC 11-year-old wows on the violin

You might recognize him from the stage of "America's Got Talent."

Tyler Butler-Figueroa, a violinist from Raleigh who earned Simon Cowell's golden buzzer, is returning for a performance in his hometown Thursday. The fifth grader from Walnut Creek Elementary discovered his love for the violin when he was seven years old.

Butler-Figueroa will perform during the intermission of Thursday's North Hills Beach Music Series. The show is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and runs until 9 p.m.
