Adam Sandler to play Raleigh show

Comedian and actor Adam Sandler will be bringing his upcoming comedy tour to PNC Arena in Raleigh on Nov. 13, the venue announced Monday.

Sandler's North American tour starts Oct. 21 in Allentown, Penn. The tour will include 15 cities.

The former "Saturday Night Live" star has had a successful film career with his movies grossing more than $3 billion worldwide. Sandler released his first comedy special in 20 years, “100% Fresh" via Netflix in 2018. The show was filmed during his last concert tour.

Sandler's shows include a mix comedy and song.

Tickets for Sandler's North American tour, including the PNC Arena date, go on sale to the general public on Friday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com.
