Aviator Brewing Company started in November 2008 at the Triple W Airport Hangar and now has four locations -- Brewery, TapHouse, SmokeHouse Restaurant and Beer Shop. The Beer Shop is currently under construction and the new Aviator Pizza Shop will be opening soon.
