There is a lot to do in November! Here is a list of top events in the Triangle and a few big ones nearby.

Nov. 1-7

Nov. 1: Raleigh's Night Market - Shop Market Hall from 5 to 9 p.m. for local vendors, delicious food trucks, a mobile photo booth, a DJ and more.

Nov. 1: Boys Like Girls - The Speaking Our Language tour comes to The Ritz Raleigh.

Nov. 2-5: Raleigh Little Theatre's Misery - Based on the Stephen King novel, the play tells the story of author Paul Sheldon who finds himself incapacitated in the secluded home of Annie Wilkes.

Nov. 3: Greek Night at Taverna Agora - Enjoy live entertainment, including belly dancing, and bouzouki music, all while having an authentic Greek dinner! Live music starts at 8 p.m.

Nov. 3: Día De Los Muertos - The City of Raleigh Museum hosts a free, family-friendly event with dancing, hot chocolate, face painting, crafts, food trucks, performers and more.

Nov. 3: Lil Uzi Vert - Grammy-nominated artist Lil Uzi Vert comes to PNC Arena.

Nov. 3-5: Paw Patrol Live! - The Great Pirate Adventure comes to the Martin Marietta Center in Raleigh.

Nov. 4: Art-n-Soul Market - Mystic Farm & Distillery in Durham offers the best local artisans, food trucks and live music plus bourbon tastings, craft cocktails, food trucks and distinctive gifts.

Nov. 4: Liberty Arts Iron Pour Fundraiser - 5,000 pounds of molten iron will be poured into molds at Durham Central Park in an exciting fiery display creating the iron tiles made by the public and sculptures made by NC artists.

Nov. 4: Fall Makers Market - Oak City Brewing will have live music by Kevin Lee, shopping with over 40+ vendors, and some great grub with Soul's Kitchen and more.

Nov. 4: Fall Arts Fair - This event at Fred Fletcher Park showcases the work of jewelers, potters, painters, printmakers, bookmakers, glass artists, fiber artists, and more who participate year-round in Pullen and Sertoma Arts Center's programs.

Nov. 4: KANSAS - America’s preeminent progressive rock band brings its 50th anniversary tour to DPAC.

Nov. 4: Fall Harvest Festival - An outdoor festival at Epworth United Methodist Church in Durham for children and families with crafts, bounce house, games and food.

Nov. 4-5: North Carolina Whirligig Festival - Arts and crafts, food vendors and live music in downtown Wilson.

Nov. 4-5: North Carolina Home Show - The event is Saturday and Sunday at the Raleigh Convention Center.

Nov. 5: Market at North Hills - Featuring 45+ local vendors, live music, food trucks and drinks!

Nov. 5: Raleigh VegFest - The free outdoor festival features tons of plant-based food for purchase and presenters all day.

Nov. 5: Skate the Square opens at Fenton - The rink is open Nov. 5-Feb. 5.

Nov. 7-12: Funny Girl at DPAC - The sensational Broadway revival dazzles with celebrated classic songs, including "Don't Rain On My Parade," "I'm the Greatest Star," and "People."

Nov. 8-14

Nov. 9: Eagles - The Eagles' “The Long Goodbye” tour comes to PNC Arena. It's the band’s final tour.

Nov. 9-11: Moonlight in the Garden - Stroll through the garden, listen to a live band, grab a bite to eat from a food truck, roast a marshmallow or two at the fire pits, and sip a cup of hot apple cider at JC Raulston Arboretum.

Nov. 9-11: Dusty Slay - The comedian comes to Raleigh Improv in Cary.

Nov. 11: Fenton Maker's Market - Shop from your favorite stores and an additional 35 local artists booths curated by Triangle Pop-Up, located in the square.

Nov. 11: Crossroads Plaza Tree Lighting - From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. there will be music, Santa & Mrs. Claus, kids activities and much more!

Nov. 11: Fool's Faire Renaissance Festival - The fields of Pluck Farm are filled with beverages, craft vendors and artisans, medieval food vendors, feats of strength, cosplay contest and more.

Nov. 11: Sparkle Night at Parkside Town Commons - Cary Mayor Harold Weinbrecht flips the switch to start the Parkside Town Commons holiday season. There will be Santa, games for kids and more.

Nov. 12: Women's History Trolley Tour - Celebrate the influential women who shaped Raleigh's history and explore their stories throughout the city. Tickets are $12 per person. Register online.

Nov. 13: Peppa Pig’s Sing-Along Party DPAC - The loveable, cheeky little piggy is back in a brand-new interactive production filled with dancing, singing and puddle jumping.

Nov. 14: Rod Wave - The Nostalgia Tour comes to PNC Arena.

Nov. 16: Vintage Market at First & Main - The pop-up market features curated vintage and antique furniture, home decor and more!

Nov. 16: Neil deGrasse Tyson - The astrophysicist will speak about The Cosmic Perspective in Greensboro.

Nov. 16-18: Moonlight in the Garden - Stroll through the garden, listen to a live band, grab a bite to eat from a food truck, roast a marshmallow or two at the fire pits, and sip a cup of hot apple cider at JC Raulston Arboretum.

Nov. 16-19 - Vivaldi's Four Seasons: Carolina Ballet - See the show four nights at the Martin Marietta Center in Raleigh.

Nov. 17: Downtown Raleigh Tree Lighting - There will be food trucks, live music and dance performances, beer and wine, a local vendor market, Santa and Mrs. Claus and more.

Nov. 17: Tree Lighting at Waverly Place - There will be live music by The Embers, death-defying feats by our aerial artists, children’s activities and special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Nov. 17-Jan. 14: North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival - The beloved walk-through festival returns to Cary's Koka Booth Amphitheatre for eight weeks with more than 40 new displays with LED lights. Date-specific tickets are already available online.

Nov. 17-19: Carrboro Film Festival - The festival showcases numerous independent films that challenge and expand our understanding of Southern culture.

Nov. 17-10: Moses Storm - The comedian comes to Raleigh Improv in Cary. Film credits include NBC's "This is Us" and "Arrested Development" on Netflix.

Nov. 17-19: Jurassic Quest - Observe a herd of life size animatronic dinosaurs at the Raleigh Convention Center.

Nov. 18: North Hills Tree Lighting - The event features snow slopes, trackless train rides, kids crafts and activities, a bounce house, and a vendor village.

Nov. 18: Light the Square at Fenton - Live music to ice skating to horse-drawn carriage rides and a special appearance by Anna and Elsa from Frozen.

Nov. 18: Carolina Brewery Oyster Roast - The event includes free admission with steamed or raw oysters available for purchase by the half-dozen or dozen.

Nov. 18: American Indian Heritage Celebration - The N.C. Museum of History will have multiple demonstrations, presentations, and performances highlighting the traditional and contemporary artistic, scientific, historic, and cultural contributions of American Indians in North Carolina.

Nov. 18: Raleigh Christmas Parade - The parade begins at 9:30 a.m. on Hillsborough Street at St. Mary’s Street.

Nov. 18: Post-parade Holiday Market - The market is from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Transfer Co. Food Hall.

Nov. 18: Wizard Fest Raleigh - Kings in Raleigh will be hosting Wizard Fest with an evening full of wizard-themed drinks, a sosplay costume contest, wizard trivia, wizard games and more.

Nov. 18: Jerry Seinfeld at DPAC - America's favorite comedian brings two shows to Durham.

Nov. 18: Dix Park History Hike - This two-hour outdoor hike explores Dix Park's complex, layered past that reflects broader themes in our national history and in our society today. The tour is led by historian, author and City of Raleigh Museum Director Ernest Dollar.

Nov. 18: Pop-Up Raleigh Market - Every third Saturday (March through December) at Trophy on Maywood from noon to 5 p.m. there is an open air market with 40+ artisans, live music and food trucks, March through December.

Nov. 18: Geek and Grub Market - Dress up in your favorite steampunk attire, and enjoy fun themed competitions and activities at Mordecai Historic Park.

Nov. 19: Drag Story Hour at the Museum - The City of Raleigh Museum hosts Drag Story Hour from noon to 1 p.m.

Nov. 19: Straight No Chaser - The group with millions of YouTube views comes to DPAC. If the phrase “male a cappella group” conjures up an image of students in blue blazers, ties, and khakis singing traditional college songs on ivied campuses ... think again.

Nov. 21-26: Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas - The holiday Broadway show comes to the Steven Tanger Center in Greensboro.

Nov. 22-Dec. 31: Wool E. Bull’s Winter Wonderland - A walk-through holiday light event transforms Durham Bulls Athletic Park into a winter wonderland.

Nov. 22: A Magical Cirque Christmas - Embrace the holiday spirit with a variety show full of nostalgia, charm, and awe-inspiring performances for all ages.

Nov. 22 and Nov. 24-25: NC Symphony's Holiday at Hogwarts - Join your North Carolina Symphony for selections from your favorite Harry Potter films. Arrive early for kids’ and adults’ costume contests!

Nov. 24: Martina McBride - The Joy of Christmas Tour comes to the Martin Marietta Center in Raleigh.

Nov. 24-26: Christmas Carousel Holiday Gift Market - Over 250 exhibitors come together each year at the N.C. State Fairgrounds showcasing arts, crafts, holiday foods, gifts, floral, holiday decorations and more.

Nov. 25: A Drag Queen Christmas - The longest running drag tour in America comes to the Martin Marietta Center in Raleigh.

Nov. 28: A Motown Christmas - This show in downtown Raleigh features a world-class vocal group. The vocalists are backed up by a 6-piece band.

Nov. 29: American Tobacco Tower Lighting - The iconic water tower is lit plus there will be appearances from Imagine Circus, Wool E. Bull, Rudolph, Frosty, Lisa Gaither Art and Mr. & Mrs. Claus. After the tower lights, grab a hot cocoa, stroll the river and enjoy post-show music, art, and entertainment.

Nov. 30: Fuquay-Varina Tree Lighting - Celebrate the joy of the holiday season with sleigh rides, choir music, hot beverages and more.
