19-year-old charged with selling child pornography held on $2 million bond

A 19-year-old from Holly Springs was arrested Tuesday and charged with selling child pornography.

Cole Robert Perota, 19, faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor for allegedly making copies of child porn that he sold for money.

According to arrest warrants, one of the victims was less than one year old. The images showed the children being sexually assaulted, raped and abused, according to arrest warrants.

Perota was arrested on Monday and was being held on $2 million bond at the Wake County jail.
