A 14-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with a shooting on Feb. 5 in Raleigh.

The shooting happened around 1 42 p.m. on the 400 block of Bragg Street, where 21-year-old Cristian Rodriguez was shot.

Rodriguez died Feb. 7 from his injuries, according to police.

Police said the suspect and Rodriguez were in a dispute when the suspect shot the victim.

The shooting was one of two on Monday in Raleigh. The second shooting happened just two miles and two hours apart on Poole Road.

Police do not believe the shootings are connected.
