Football 2008: Southeast Raleigh
The Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs enjoyed a successful season in 2007, but it ended in the first round of the N.C. High School Athletic Association 4-AA Playoffs with a loss at Leesville Road. The Bulldogs will return their starting quarterback, but his protection up front will be a question that has to be answered early in the season.

Team Strengths: "D-Line will be big and key for our defense with 3 of 4 starters returning. Starting QB returning along with a good group of skill guys."
Team Weaknesses: "Need to replace most of the secondary on defense and find depth at LB. Offensive Line has to replace 3 starters."
2008 Outlook: "Could be a special year if our young players step up and commit to the weight room during the off-season."
