Flags flown at half-staff; Congregation mourns Helms

Gov. Mike Easley has ordered all North Carolina state flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Jesse Helms. Funeral services for the former senator, who died Friday at the age of 86, will be held Tuesday at Hayes-Barton Baptist Church.
