RALEIGH, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday afternoon in Raleigh at the intersection of Pecan Road and S. Wilmington Street.
WRAL News was about to get some surveillance video from a business nearby.

The video offers a limited view, with the key action happening in the top right corner.

A white SUV enters the frame, then the driver's door opens. The vehicle rolls across the grass before continuing on its way.

A disturbing scene unfolded here, with shattered glass found behind a bus stop suggesting a possible shooting.

Raleigh police are currently investigating the road closure, and forensics teams have been examining the scene.

Several evidence markers and at least two shell casings were spotted.

Authorities have yet to confirm any injuries or identify a suspect.
