Posted — UpdatedDr. Kristin Williams lives in the Glenwood South area. She's witnessed the ongoing crime that has happened in this area, from assaults, to drugs and even a murder. However, she never thought she and her aunt would become victims.
Williams and her aunt, Ursula Boland, were having dinner and drinks at Hibernian Pub Saturday in what was supposed to be a fun night before an international trip.
After they left around 10 p.m., Williams noticed a man stumbling and unable to keep his balance. She said she tried to help him because she thought he was going to drive under the influence.
"This man I had never seen before was clearly stumbling and fell to ground," Williams said.
Gensch then pushed her 63-year old aunt to the ground. Police documents said Gensch shoved the woman and shouted insults at her. The aunt suffered a laceration on her head.
Boland went to the urgent care and had to have staples. She is expected to be OK.
