Raleigh police are investigating a crash Friday involving a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle on Capital Boulevard.

According to investigators, two vehicles were involved, one of them a white Cadillac SUV.

WRAL news spoke to the driver of the Cadillac, who says that the pedestrian was crossing the street when they were hit by the SUV traveling at approximately 25-30 miles per hour.

The victim was taken to the hospital and their condition is unknown at this time.

Police have not released any information regarding potential charges.
