One person killed in Chapel Hill house fire Thursday morning
At 1:37 a.m., the Chapel Hill Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire on Rogerson Drive. When crews arrived, they found the home fully engulfed in flames and a person dead inside the home.

At 1:37 a.m., the Chapel Hill Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire on Rogerson Drive. When crews arrived, they found the home fully engulfed in flames and a person dead inside the home. There are no other reports of injuries.
Rogerson Drive is closed between Cleland Drive and Douglas Road.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
