Rape charges filed in Durham

Durham, N.C. — A man is facing rape charges in Durham after a weekend assault, police say.

Eliverio Angeles Valentine, 20, was charged with first degree forcible rape and contributing to a delinquency of a minor.

Eval Noe Valladaros, 29, was charged with two counts of contributing to delinquency of a minor.

The assault happened early Sunday at a house in the 900 block of Rome Avenue, police say.

Anyone with information that could help the investigation is asked to call Durham Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.
