Halifax, N.C. — A Weldon man was arrested Thursday on charges of discharging a weapon into an occupied property and damage to personal property.
Fredrick Danielle Epps, 28, was being held on a $15,000 bond. His next court date is June 24 in Halifax.
Halifax police arrested Epps after responding to the scene of a property damage call at Ransome Circle in Weldon. Police discovered that an altercation had occurred and the victim's car had been shot at 11th and Washington streets.
