Clayton, N.C. — Clayton police are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for stealing storm drain covers in the city.
Police say they have received several reports of the covers being stolen.
Anyone with information on larcenies is urged to contact the Clayton Police Department at 919-553-4611.
