NC State sends wolf alert about reported sexual assault near campus
The alert said Raleigh police and NC State University police received a report of a sexual assault at 2 a.m. According to the alert, the victim reported that the sexual assault occurred shortly after 10:30 p.m. in a vehicle or wooded area at or near 106 Turner Street.
Posted — UpdatedNorth Carolina State University sent out a wolf alert Saturday morning about a reported sexual assault that happened near the campus.
At 3:58 a.m., the university sent the alert.
The alert said Raleigh police and NC State University police received a report of a sexual assault at 2 a.m. According to the alert, the victim reported that the sexual assault occurred shortly after 10:30 p.m. in a vehicle or wooded area at or near 106 Turner Street.
The person who reported the sexual assault is an "NC State-affiliated-victim," according to the alert.
The victim provided the following suspect description:
- Black jeans
- Black graphic t-shirt
- Beanie style hat
- Unknown hair color
- 5’8” tall, 160 pounds
- 18- to 20-year-old man, who was described by the victim as white
