NC Central shooting suspect banned from campus, has bond set at $95,000
The judge granted Eric Randall a public defender and set his bond at $95,000. He was told he can't contact the victim. Randall is also banned from campus.

The judge granted him a public defender and set his bond at $95,000. He was also told he cannot contact the victim, and he is banned from campus.
“The defendant willfully and unlawfully did conspire with Nick, an unknown shooter to commit the felony of assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury to Tyonn Richardson,” said Assistant District Attorney Charlene Coggins-Franks.
Randall was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit assault with a deadly weapon.
Randall is due back in court on April 22.
