Bobby Edward Jones, 76, is missing. Police said Jones was last seen walking away from Otis Street on Wednesday around 11 p.m.

Investigators said Jones was last seen wearing a gray hospital boot on his right foot and black work boot on his left foot. He also had a red coat on.
