Man charged with 10 counts of child sex exploitation in Moore County
A Moore County man is charged with 10 counts of child sex exploitation.
Posted — UpdatedErick Ivan Lopez-Cruz, age 21, of Eagle Springs, was arrested Tuesday. The Moore County Sheriff's Office charged Lopez-Cruz with five counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of felony third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

On March 26, 2024 the Moore County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest resulting from an investigation into possible internet-based child sexually explicit material in Moore County following a report received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Lopez-Cruz was being held in the Moore County Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond.
