Man charged in July 4 shooting outside Planet Fitness in Greenville
A teenager arrested last month in a deadly July 4 shooting outside Planet Fitness has been charged as an adult.

GREENVILLE, N.C. — WITN reports a teenager arrested last month in a deadly July 4 shooting outside Planet Fitness has been charged as an adult.
Joshua Rosenburg, 18, is now in the Pitt County jail on a $2.5 million bond.
Because Rosenburg was under 18 at the time of the murder, he was originally charged as a juvenile and his name wasn’t released.
Rosenburg was charged with first-degree murder.
On July 4, the body of 21-year-old Jayden Harrison was found outside of the gym on Thomas Langston Road in Greenville.
Police have no motive in the shooting but credit DNA evidence collected from the scene with the arrest.
