A major crash caused some serious delays on Interstate 40 East in Raleigh during the Friday morning commute.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A major crash caused some serious delays on Interstate 40 East in Raleigh during the Friday morning commute.
The three left lanes were initially closed at Exit 283 (Interstate 540). Crews were able to open all of those lanes and clear the scene around 7:30 a.m.
