A kindergarten teacher from a Raleigh elementary school was killed in a crash on Tuesday when she was involved in a rollover crash on NC-42.

Rita Spensser was 44 years old and from Clayton. She was a teacher at Beaverdam Elementary School.

According to troopers, Spensser's car was T-boned on the passenger side, causing her vehicle to roll over and come to a rest on its top.

There are no charged yet, and the accident is still under investigation.
