All three defendants in a Horry County murder-for-hire scheme have now been convicted and sentenced.

It comes one day after Samantha Rabon, the mastermind behind the plot, was found guilty for the killings of her father and half-brother, Robert and Randy Ford. She was handed two life sentences for hiring Randy Grainger to kill the two in August 2018 at their home in the Conway area for inheritance money.

Grainger, and the third co-defendant, Teresa Martin, both testified against Rabon in her week-long trial.

A judge sentenced Martin, who previously pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact in the case, to three years in prison during a Thursday morning hearing. Anytime Martin has already served behind bars will be taken off the three-year sentence.
