t-man, I read your response to my comment on the pic about Sarah Palin. I didn't say to support women you have to vote for any woman. I said exactly what I meant...Liberal women want to advance their "issues", that's what it's all about...not about women's issues, or minority issues, etc. It's about liberal issues...

Thanks. You did do it respectfully. Let's just hope that we don't need a hand from yaright.

misspelling. alot. I do it a lot. I wish I could blame it on my children distracting me but I think it should be 1 word and I'm too old to change my ways. (hahaha) Just wish you had pointed it out on my profile and not the blog.

LOL - yep, I was pinch-hitting for you and e94 :)

Good morning T-Man! Don't worry about Jordan Lake today. As warm as it is, now is still not the time to be walking the shoreline picking up trash. Still too many crittters crawling around. If I do go today, I won't be out walking the shores either, but rather cruising around and scoping the situation. maybe marking the routes between the stumps (if any) with my GPS. I won't be doing much picking up trash even on the 18th due to back problems. But I will be hauling the filled-up trash bags back to shore.

It's estimated that at least 200 canoiest will be doing the picking up. It will be a race to keep up with them.

Anyway, have a great day and thanks for your interest in cleaning up our liquid playground!!!! It's appreciated.

I read your comment in my Jordan Lake blog. That is awesome that you are going out there this weekend. May I suggest you take your camera and get some photos of the worst? (If you have one). I will be going out there this weekend too (I think). If I do, I'll let you know beforehand. Please don't be overwhelmed with the volume of trash (and work) that awaits. This won't be cleaned up by just a few or in just a day......

That's cool about your brother. My female is protection trained for me. We're expecting puppies in November and I can't wait! :) We love all of our dogs, but especially the mals.

I appreciated it anyway. you helped a lot. I know zilch about today's world economy because when I came along we only had to worry about the things involving the USA, and things were done in a more moral society. I didn't even know Fannie Mae was a government backed program until this mess broke out.I always like to learn things though..

You did help me a lot on understianding some of this economy stuff. I'm frightened what affect it will be having on our children since I have retired. I don't think they have much of a future these days ahead. I was lucky enough to come up in a time when jobs were a dime a dozen. I was stupid enough not to take advantage of it.

be sure to check out the video on the Palin family, it may seem like an attack, but it's really just to drive home the "keep family out of it" position I hold.
