octogenarian charged with dealing pain pills

Law enforcement authorities arrested an 81-year-old man who illegally sold powerful prescription pain relievers. The arrest followed a raid on a home Monday by the Alaska Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Enforcement.

I just got off grand jury for the last two weeks, and I am afraid that I would just have let this old codger go!! I know he was doing it, and he knew why he was doing it...to make money, but dang, he is 81. Another example of our failed drug policies...even here, where we usually do not have such a drug problem because unless it is selling coke or meth, the police turn a blind eye to drugs.
