I say they hurt the child because THEY HAD the baby and weren't prepared..to act right, do right.
Don't have sex with someone you don't want to have a baby with.
Babies are too important to be created out of drunken lust, bored loneliness, or impulsive excitement of the moment. They don't need to be sucked down some drain into the sewer. Babies are supposed to be wanted, loved and cherished as a gift of life, for that is what they are.
I've had it with teens having babies, idiots, and the unprepared, and people high fiving and acting all happy when in true, I see it as child abuse. Most people treat their dogs better than some parents do by their own flesh and blodd babies.

The man and woman have hurt their child. It is the child being hurt. If I were the father, and the child is found OK, happy and stable, I hope I could find the love for the child, the trust for the mom, to get back into the life of my son without HURTING the child...NOT jail for the mom, not jerked out of her arms, as will happen.
The LAW is not going to be defied...that's the court. But the parents might find a better way. I don't care aboiut the father's rights, or the mothers, or either of their feelings, they made this mess, but I care about the child and there must be a better way.
IF that child were living beside me, happy and safe and secure in his mother's loving arms, I would NOT call the law. I don't know how I would handle the father's rights and needs.
