Learning Japanese Through Song

Five Friends From Japan - Saturday Series
1:00pm and 2:00pm
Want to learn how to sing like a frog, dance like a cat, or do the Hokey-Pokey in Japanese? Japanese-American singer/songwriter Lisa Furukawa will lead you through familiar American songs, Japanese folk songs, and some simple conversations in Japanese.
Five Friends From Japan, presented by Marbles Kids Museum, is supported in Raleigh but United Arts Council, which in turn is supported by the north Carolina Arts Council with funding from the state of North Carolina and the National Endowment for the Arts, which believes that a great nationa deserves great art.
Free with admission to the museum.
