There's an awesome new feature on WRAL.com that allows you to take control of the radar display and get the information YOU want.

With this feature, you can literally zoom in to your OWN BACKYARD! I'm serious.

Read this for details on all of the bells and whistles.

I just wanted to give a quick shout to GOLO members because I think it's cool to give you first shot at new features.

Hi Angela. This is pretty quick. Quicker than the NWS radar. I just wonder how old the sat. images are they use. On hwy 9, it shows a feild where the super wally world is now.

That is pretty cool, but the map is about 1 1/2-2 years out of date. I've lived in my house for a year but it showed up as a lot full of trees. but, I could find the lot, so the end result is the same!
