Four displaced after River Rock Drive house fire in Durham
DURHAM, N.C. — A house fire on River Rock Drive Saturday afternoon has displaced four people and caused damage to the second floor and attic.

The Durham Fire Department responded to the scene at 1:40 p.m. and encountered smoke from the second floor. Crews contained the fire, which had spread to the attic from within the burning house.

No injuries or pets were reported inside the home during the fire. The four individuals are receiving assistance from the American Red Cross. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
