Family offers reward in Lumberton man's slaying

The family of a Lumberton man who died in November after a shooting is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case, authorities said Tuesday.

LUMBERTON, N.C. — The family of a Lumberton man who died in November after a shooting is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case, authorities said Tuesday.

Warren Bradford Fields, 38, was shot multiple times while inside his camper at 603B Franklin Ave. on Nov. 7, authorities said. He died Nov. 23 of his wounds.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Detective David Williford or Detective Yvette Pitts of the Lumberton Police Department at 910-671-3845.
