RALEIGH, N.C. — Get ready for another busy week -- the good kind of busy!

Monday

Wheelchair Basketball Tournament (PNC Arena, 1400 Edwards Mill Rd., Raleigh) - Community teams will pair up with NBA/WNBA legends, elite wheelchair basketball players and even a former Harlem Globetrotter to compete in an all-day tournament fundraiser benefiting non-profit Bridge II Sports, which provides adapted sports opportunities for youth, adults and veterans with physical disabilities. Parking and admission is free and open to the public for spectating.
Durham Beer and Banjos (The Pit - Durham, 321 W. Geer St., Durham) - Into The Fog, a string band out of Wilmington that encompasses a wide array of genres from bluegrass to folk to rock n' roll, plays at 7 p.m.
NC Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (Durham) - Downtown Durham venues will screen films like You're Not Alone (5 p.m. at the Durham Arts Council). Tickets for individual screenings are $10.

Tuesday

Backstreet Boys (PNC Arena, 1400 Edwards Mill Rd., Raleigh) -The '90s band is backing performing old and new hits during their DNA world tour.

Open Mic Extravaganza! (Goodnights, 861 W. Morgan Street, Raleigh) - See 20+ of the best local comedians Raleigh has to offer.
Patio Pairing: NC Sour Beer + Ceviche (Plates Neighborhood Kitchen, 301 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh) - Sample three sour beers and get a pour of your favorite. Then enjoy NC-caught Coconut Ceviche with shrimp, blue crab and speckled trout served with crispy house made tortillas. Tickets are $19 per person.

Wednesday

Bark in the Park (DBAP, 409 Blackwell St., Durham) - Treat your pup to a ballgame! Special tickets in dog-friendly seating areas must be purchased. This is the last Bark in the Park of the season. Check out other promotions during the team's seven-day homestand.

Gladys Knight (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - The Empress of Soul will be in Durham. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Hayti Heritage Center
The Six-Pack Standup Show (North Street Beer Station, 521 W. North St., Raleigh) - This monthly comedy showcase features six handpicked comics. Lineup includes Josh Rosenstein, Spencer McRay Bland, Brandy Brown, Jonathan Williams and Evan Pittfield. Matt White is headlining.
Steady Flow (Pour House Music Hall, 224 S. Blount St., Raleigh) - The funk band will play at 9 p.m.

Thursday

Durham Night Market (The Wine Feed, 305 South Roxboro Street, Durham) - Over 40 local makers will be selling their handmade products between 5:30 and 10:30 p.m. There will be food trucks, live music, wine, beer and more.
Party For One (Neptunes, 14 W. Martin St., Raleigh) - Don't miss this dance party dedicated to the music of Carly Rae Jepsen.
Tim Dillon (Goodnights, 861 W. Morgan Street, Raleigh) - The New York-based standup comedian, writer and actor will perform in Raleigh.

Friday

Chris Young (Coastal Credit Union Music Park - Walnut Creek, 3801 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh) - The country music star brings his Raised on Country tour to Raleigh.
Friday Night Fireworks (DBAP, 409 Blackwell St., Durham) - The Durham Bulls celebrate the weekend with fireworks. Check out other promotions during the team's seven-day homestand.
The Temptations and the Four Tops (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - The oldies band returns due to popular demand.
