If you let them eat cornmeal for a day or so to clean them out, then let them fast another day or two they taste pretty good with lots of garlic and butter (cook them, of course.)

A snail is nothing but a slug that carries its own house around. It is disgusting and should be shot. Repeatedly. Along with spiders. And ticks.
