Durham police looking for man suspected of robbing bank

Around 11:52 a.m., officers responded to a bank robbery in the 2000 block of NC Highway 54. Police said the man entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are asking for helping in identifying and finding a man who robbed a bank on Tuesday morning.

Around 11:52 a.m., officers responded to a bank robbery in the 2000 block of NC Highway 54.

Police said the man entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. The man took the money and ran from the bank.

The bank provided photos of the man through surveillance video.

Durham police are looking for a man linked to a bank robbery from Tuesday, Jan. 23.
