Crews put out fire at Waffle House on Yadkin Road in Fayetteville
Around 5 p.m., the fire department responded to a commercial structure fire at Waffle House. When fire crews arrived, they could see smoke inside the restaurant.

Around 5 p.m., the fire department responded to a commercial structure fire at Waffle House. When fire crews arrived, they could see smoke inside the restaurant. It was determined that there was a fire inside the building, which firefighters have since extinguished.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time and an investigation will be conducted once fire activities have commenced.
