Multiple lanes of US-1 southbound and northbound were closed due to a crash on Saturday afternoon.

Traffic cams showed significant delays building on the northbound side of US-1 near Ten-Ten Road near Apex.

Initially, all northbound lanes were closed. However, one lane was allowed to open so traffic could pass through.

Likewise, one lane on the southbound side was also closed to allow emergency vehicles through.
