FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A crash is causing delays Tuesday morning near Skibo Road in Fayetteville.
"There has been a crash in the area of Swain Street and Skibo Road severely impacting traffic conditions," the Fayetteville Police Department said on Facebook.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
