Harry <span class="nanospell-typo">Hardman</span> is charged with murder in the <a href="https://www.wral.com/story/former-army-captain-charged-in-murder-of-two-women-dog-s-death-in-apex-neighborhood/21237824/">deaths of Nancy Taylor and Gabrielle Raymond on Jan. 15</a>.

A video taken by a person who lives behind the suspect provides a new perspective on what led up to Monday's shooting. Gabrielle Raymond, 37, and Nancy Taylor, 69, died in the shooting.
