The man accused of shooting and killing two women in an Apex neighborhood in January was due in court Monday. However, WRAL News learned Monday morning that his court date was pushed back.

Harry Hardman is charged with murder in the deaths of Nancy Taylor and Gabrielle Raymond on Jan. 15.

At his first court appearance, on the day after the killings, Hardman was appointed a capital defender.

His court date is now scheduled for Feb. 12.
