Car crash topples pole, closes street in Raleigh
A pole is down near a major Raleigh road after a car crashed into it around 3 a.m., according to police.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A pole is down near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Grantland Drive in Raleigh after a car crashed into it around 3 a.m., according to police.
The pole is hanging in midair, resting on power lines.
According to the Duke Energy power map, it appears only one customer is without power as a result of the crash.
A new pole has arrived, and crews are working to replace it.
