Man accused of flashing woman at Apex TJ Maxx arrested

Police on Sunday asked for help identifying a man who exposed himself to a woman at the TJ Maxx store at the Beaver Creek Commons shopping center in Apex.

APEX, N.C. — An Apex man was in custody Monday after he allegedly flashed a woman shopping at the TJ Maxx discount store at the Beaver Creek Commons shopping center last week, according to court documents.

Calven Michael Gallimore, 20, was charged with indecent exposure in connection with the incident on Feb. 15, according to an arrest warrant issued in the case.

Gallimore was being held at the Wake County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

According to Apex police, the incident occurred at about 11:20 a.m. Friday, and the man reportedly drove off in a green Mini Cooper, police said.
