79-year-old man charged with 4 counts of indecent liberties with child
Herbert Lee Amyx, 79, has been charged with four counts of indecent liberties with a child. The arrest warrant said the incidents happened in May of 2022 with a child under the age of 16.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office arrested a 79-year-old man who is accused of taking indecent liberties with a child.
Herbert Lee Amyx, 79, of Raleigh, has been charged with four counts of indecent liberties with a child. The arrest warrant said the incidents happened in May of 2022 with a child under the age of 16.
Amyx was given a $200,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
