Alan Mendoza is a senior linebacker and captain for the Middle Creek football team.  He's made himself into a great player through hard work.  He credits his work ethic to his parents and his Mexican heritage.

Because we have there's danger zone right here. Alan Mendoza only knows one speed. Hey, y'all risk it for the biscuit. He's a middle creek captain and the strongest player on the team. Of course, he didn't start out dead lifting £500. You know, he went from being a big bulky kid to being a very athletic kid. Go to stack, go to stack, go to stack, go to stack stack. Head coach, Andre Jacobs has seen Allen's evolution firsthand when I got the job, Alan was a sophomore, um little stiff guy and, uh I think that was one of the biggest transition I've seen with him just develop as a football player. I know Alan credits his work ethic to his parents who moved here from Mexico would like to love to thank my mother for like helping me get here. My dad like supported me as much as he can. He's determined to make his father proud. I always imagine myself trying to be something big kind of that. Thank you for giving me all I have. Thank you for all the work that you've given me and show that it kind of paid off. In a way and be an example for his brother Edwin who plays JV as a first generation.
