Woman charged with assault after stabbing in Knightdale
A woman was charged with assault after sheriff's deputies said she stabbed her boyfriend Thursday morning.

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — A woman was charged with assault after sheriff's deputies said she stabbed her boyfriend in Knightdale on Thursday morning.
Wake County sheriff's deputies responded to the stabbing on Varcroft Road around 2:30 a.m.
Deputies said Yolanda Vaughan, 22, stabbed her 21-year-old boyfriend.
The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Vaughan was charged with assault with a deadly weapon that inflicted serious injury
