1 injured after e-scooter crashes with car in downtown Raleigh
The rider of an electric scooter was taken to a hospital after police say he crashed with a car in downtown Raleigh early Thursday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The rider of an electric scooter was taken to a hospital after police say he crashed with a car in downtown Raleigh early Thursday.
The car was driving down South Dawson Street around 12:30 a.m. when the rider of a Lime scooter began crossing South Dawson at a red light.
The man riding the scooter suffered minor injuries. No one in the car was injured.
The scooter’s front tire was bent.
No charges had been filed.
