EMERGENCY MANAGER SAID TO ME THAT CREWS WILL ACTUALLY BE GOING AROUND, THEY WILL LOOK AT HOMES AND GO ALMOST DOOR TO DOOR AND CHECKING TO SEE THAT THEY PUT AWAY THINGS AND IF THEY HAVEN'T THEY WILL BE TOLD TO DO SO.
